Peggior esperienza della mia vita con una compagnia di assicurazione, per 98 squallidi franchi.
Non ti assistono minimamente nella disdetta di un'assicurazione, facendo orecchie da mercante per mesi, costringendoti poi a rinnovarla per decorrenza dei termini.

Mia domanda: "Come disdico in pratica questa assicurazione, quale modulo serve, potete inviarmelo?"

Risposta del Francesco Soldati:
"Quest’ultimo scade il XX ( si è rinnovato tacitamente per un anno ) e la disdetta dovrà pervenirci ( o pervenire direttamente alla compagnia ) entro e non oltre il XX".

Nessun'altra spiegazione. Né dell'indirizzo a cui mandare la disdetta, né delle modalità.

Però è bravissimo e puntuale a mandare i solleciti di pagamento.
