I would like to thank Mr. Chester for his professionalism and concern for his customers at Courthouse branch 1ST ADVANTAGE bank. He went above and beyond following up with a request I had a week prior, he followed up with phone calls and an arrival date to my satisfaction. Although he was not there when I stopped by Mrs. Rhonda completed the task for him. An amazing team in NewTown!

Lois was an absolute joy to work with. She was responsive, efficient, and patient with me during the auto refinancing process. She was knowledgable and transparent. She kept me updated along the way and even completed her part of my loan application within ONE DAY!!! I highly recommend her and I also highly recommend 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union for auto refinancing. The interest rate was well below competitors and the convenience of having a local branch to utilize as needed is awesome.

I have been banking with 1st Advantage Credit Union for over 20 years and i am always very happy with the service and their products. Karen at the New Town Branch was wonderful to deal with for my new auto loan. She was very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process and although I did not choose 1st Advantage for the loan initially, she informed me that i qualified for a re-fi at a 1% lower interest rate. I was able to sign all the documents electronically and did not even have to go into the branch throughout the whole process. I am very happy with 1st Advantage. Thank you for all you do.
