Would give neg 5 stars if allowed. Would not recommend this bank to anyone looking to finance an investment property in the area. The listing Agent for the property I wanted to buy recommended this Loan Officer. I'm an Investor based out of Phoenix, also a mortgage professional looking for a local bank to do business with in the area. Took OVER a month to get a Pre Qual from this Loan Officer Theresa Wine. REALLY? Prequal was needed to submit an offer and so I was looking to do a quick close on a vacant lot and while I was waiting to hear from this LO, the lot already sold before I could submit an offer. Was def not expecting this from a local bank. The listing Agent did wait on me initially as I had an offer that included a bonus for him at close but we never heard from Theresa for the prequal until I submitted a complaint but it was too late. Property sold a month and a half later from wen i first contacted the LO.
