Extremely rude service. I dropped off a payment for my mom, and received a snarky comment from someone I wasn't even speaking to/attending me. If you're going to be judgemental about people's financial situations, perhaps don't work at a credit union.

I would not recommend them , I paid off my loan 4 months ago , and they never reported it , I lost almost 30 points off my credit
