BUYER BEWARE, or at least be aware. Purchased my policy on May 1st. Received notification that my next payment was due May 20th. Naturally, I thought this couldn’t be right because I had only just insurance on May 1 and I will be making my payment by June 1. I figured this was just an advance notice and that I had the additional 10 days to get the payment in. My policy was cancelled. Irene stated the policy at the beginning of June, again, thinking that I had 30 days to make the payment. The policy was canceled again. I have made my last reinstatement payment and will be seeking other insurance after this month. I cannot have a policy that is only good through the 20th of the month, when I am paying at the beginning of the month. If I start my policy on the eighth of the month, it should be good through the eighth of the next month. I didn’t realize Veronica Insurance was trying to hustle an extra payment out of me. Let them tell it, I should have four payments in. Guess what, they want another payment on the 20th! No thank you, Veronica! I should’ve stayed with Progressive, but they’re Claims Department doesn’t do their due diligence when investigating. Are there any good insurance companies in California anymore?

I was impressed by the knowledge the agent had that set me up with a new auto insurance policy. They are very professional here and will set you up with a policy that is right for you very fast. The next month I almost forgot to make the payment on time and I was out of state. I called them and easily made a payment with my credit card over the phone.

Went in a couple of days ago and met with agent Marlene. Great customer service. Knows how to talk to the people. Never gets upset even thou I was a little upset from coming from another insurance place. And she got me a great deal on my cars. I will start recommending this Establishment in Riverside. I actually really like their insurance. They are always really nice fast professional any time I have called or gone in. The prices are reasonable you can also set it up to take the payment automatically every month so that's really convenient. All though I have never needed to file a claim but I'm sure it would be an easy process. It's very nice that you can pay your car registration there and get your tags way way way better than the DMV. All in all I would recommend....
