I called on January 16th to get a quote for commercial insurance. After some technical problems at their branch my information was submitted the following day to an underwriter. I was told this by a text message at 7:50pm. I was told the underwriter would get back to them in a few days. I physically went into the branch the next week. I was told that the person helping me worked at a different location. I was told at this location that the process normally takes 2 weeks, not a few days. It has now been over 3 weeks and no one has called to give me an update or an estimate.

Stopped by to get a quote and ask some questions. Monica was helped extremely helpful and found me a great insurance company for a really low rate. I was expecting to pay way more than I am. I have a terrible driving record and I am more than happy with what I've gotten! Would recommend 10/10! Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to just take the time to find what's best for you!
