Great local bank that has a welcoming staff and atmosphere. We appreciated the customer service and the way the staff went above and beyond to help us. We loved the artwork and lamps that were locally made inside the branch as well. The bank works differently than most, and we appreciate their attention to detail. We feel like a valued client here, even though we have only been banking with them for just 6 months or so.

Worst experience ever all the girls were so rude we ended up walking out the girl that was trying to open our account was so rude to us she was so busy shopping on Amazon she had no time for us she rolled her eyes at us at least 4 to 5 times so do not recommend this Bank. When we walked up to the door it was locked so we waited the girl that opened the door said yes . No hello nothing . It sad the girls at this place just can’t be nice. The Auburn Branch is great . Just stay away from Grass Valley girls ugh so wanted to support this bank

When transferring Social Security direct deposit from an out of state bank, the Brunswick branch handled the whole transaction. I never had to contact SS myself. I found the bank associates to be knowledgeable and friendly.

According to the grass valley bank, they will try not to cash checks, tell you that the check only has to be cashed only if they feel like it, will make fake phone calls to abandoned numbers to verify that the check is able to be cashed, they are racist to Hispanics, and are very inconsiderate and hateful toward working class individuals
