Being in Real Estate for over 30 years I have many many long time friends who are lenders. John is by far the only one to go to for your home loan. He delivers everything he promises and more. John is not a "loan officer" pushing paper around, he is your Mortgage Advisor and has a solid grasp on the market and trending rates and locked me in at the absolute lowest the rates hit before they bounced up much higher as he Advised they would, we were 1/2 point lower on the day of lock than all the big boys who claim they are the largest lender in the US. His lender fees are way less than everyone else and he can close much much faster. A spot on, perfect loan closing by John Voter!
