I have gone through several financial advisor teams with both Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones in the last 25 years, but this particular Edward Jones team of Matthew and Audra are definitely the best my husband and I have worked with. We both have IRA and Roth accounts, but Edward Jones also helps us calculate the distribution from an inherited IRA and manage other complex investment products to avoid tax and regulatory issues. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, innovative and will move very quickly when it is necessary. Matthew completes trades swiftly while I am on the phone with him and offers some very good suggestions. Audra is an excellent analyst and will make the calls and perform all the research I don’t have time to do. I highly recommend this team of specialists.

Matthew and Audra really fit my expectations for financial advice and support and are very helpful, informative and ready to move quickly when I need it.

I am retired an I want predictability, responsiveness and someone to give me information when I try and make a decision. If I give Matthew instructions I can be sure they will be carried out. Every trade I have asked for has been completed, either while I was on the line or in the office.

If I call when Matthew is with another client, Audra gets all the information so that when he returns my call (always the same day) he has the information to answer questions or make a change.

We have been with Edward Jones for awhile and sometimes it seemed that they couldn't get small administrative details right, like the naming on the various accounts my wife and I have.
Matthew and Audra cleared that all up.

They have seen us through some difficult and complicated tasks like converting an old annuity we owned and bringing it into one of our IRAs, IRA to Roth Conversions and have assisted with our estate planning.

I recommend them for attentive, friendly and informed support in managing my finances.

He doesn’t respond to emails or answering his phone nor could get any response from office staff. Seems to be a very difficult person to work with not surprised because it is not our first time dealing with this company
