My family and I moved to the area recently when we bought our first home. My experience with State Farm had been pretty mediocre (The last agent I worked with in LA lied about some increases to my policy). Trang's office was recommended by my in-laws. Right from the first phone call with Trang, I knew I was in good hands. Trang helped with our home policy, as well as, transfer our old auto policies and saved us quite a bit of money. Trang and her team went above and beyond, explaining everything about my policies in great detail and answering every over-analyzing question I threw at them. Trang and her agency have been great! They offered a consultative experience that didn’t make me feel as if I was being sold products I did not need. Rather the “excellent” coverage I thought I had on my properties, vehicle, umbrella, and boat were not covered enough. She really knows her stuff and made the entire process of switching providers simple. This was a very welcoming experience due to my hectic schedule.
