Worst Service! I have been with them for so many years. Right before xmas my son had car problems, called insurance to get a tow service they said it was going to take about 40 min but that he was not cover so I pay out if pocket for the towing. 3 hours later they cancel and says that he was out of the area but they did not refund my money. My son call me again and told me so I call state farm at this point the lady that answer said she was going to send another towing service. At this point I picked up my son. I filed a claim and it took forever to get my refund just for state farm to say that I'm only allow 3 tows at year and that I had already used them all. It's been a whole mess, I try talking to Josh who is the manager of the office and still nothing worse service! I will not recommend. Also is not he first time this happen to me but I give them a chance because the ladies that I spoken with have been nice, but for him not to even have a curtesy to call me! We pay. all this money for insurance and they can even take care of us! shame on you Josh! looking for another insurance!

I’ve been with State Farm for 3 years now and my parents have been with them even longer. Their service is amazing. Amanda is by far the best at this location. Always checks up on you and makes sure everything is good along with returning calling very quickly! I’ve saved so much money thanks to them. Totally recommend State Farm as whole but most importantly Josh Terraneau - State farm !

I always get a respectful and professional response from whom I may speak with. They are polite and attentive to any concern or question I may ask. Overall I feel your employees actually make the customer feel valued and that is very rare in most companies I deal with. This, therefore, makes me feel like I matter as a customer and not just a paycheck. When I go to my agent Amanda I always come out smiling because they obviously care for their customers and help to the best of their ability in a timely manner. I have never had a long response to any needs or help I have had in the past.
