Wylie Insurance Services in Modesto has horrible customer service, especially from the owner's daughter, Dessa Wylie. The owner, Alisa, and Dessa, the owner's daughter, have both been rude to me on the phone in the past year. They also failed to call me to inform me that my insurance with Safeco was being Non-Renewed because Alisa was being dropped by Safeco Insurance as a Safeco agent as of May 2, 2024. I have used them for landlord insurance for 4 years now, and that was at least 2 years too long. It is impossible to get them to carry out even simple administrative tasks. For example, over a year ago I told them to stop contacting me at my old gmail email address and send insurance statements to my current aol email. They never fulfilled this request. In the past 2 years, about 90% of the time, Dessa will not respond to emails or phone requests unless I send a message to Alisa to follow up. Fortunately, I found another much more professional company to insure my home starting 8/1/24 so I'll be done with them soon.

alert alert !!!!!!!! be very careful with this company they only care about the bottom line no satisfaction at all was with them for over 10 years of my hard earn money till i was involved in a accident and it was time for them to protect my assets and lissa wylie left me and my family to bare the pain and suffering with the lost of my 2017 Subaru forester total lost my insurance company did not wanted to take responsibility of my lost. Im still fighting with them about paying off my loan wish it it more then $30,000.
so please people if you want no headache and pain suffering dont do business with this company ..

Very unprofessional. When your new & calling for a quote they will quote you RIGHT AWAY on the phone. But once you already have a policy through them and you ever want to be re-quoted or anything they will tell you “I’ll call you back later today with the quote”. Which is a lie because every time they have told me this, they either NEVER call back or they call me back 5 days later. EVERY TIME! They purposely lie to me every time knowing they aren’t going to call back. And the part that makes me mad is the fact they think I’m dumb enough to believe all their lies each time.
