I have been an Allstate customer for a long time. My original rep Rose was great and attentive, and I do believe our next rep was fine as well. We were assigned to a new rep at the Lodi branch later who basically gave us incorrect information multiple times. When my daughter moved out of state to go to college, she told us we could not insure her on our policy from the state of California. Another time she asked for proof in an accusatory tone that our daughter was not living at home. That is when we started dealing with people at the Manteca office, all of whom have been good to us. But our auto insurance premiums have gone up a lot over the last few years (no accidents), and I just left Allstate for another major carrier (not the big one with no live service in the state) for the same coverage and saved over $160.00 a month. That is a savings of almost $2000.00 in a year to insure 3 vehicles.

Great office. They treat me like a friend here. The agents are helpful and have taught me that having insurance is way more important than just a bill I have to pay every month; especially for my family. The crazy thing is I pay less now with Allstate than some friends who are with “cheapo” insurance companies.
