Michael and his team are very knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and take the time to explain the policies. It is very important to understand the type of policy and coverage you are getting. They have a dedicated team member that speaks Spanish. Marianna is effective at communicating in Spanish and has helped my MIL (who mainly in Spanish) understand her coverage.
