WOW! Can't say enough good things about this crew. Karly was an absolute joy to work with. Getting insurance isn't supposed to be a fun experience lol. Extremely professional, thorough, experienced, and kind. Was able to sort out new health insurance coverage on my lunch break without even having to open my laptop. Insurance is confusing to me. All the hoops you have to jump through and the jargon you're expected to understand. Karly refused to let me feel like a dummy and took care of my case promptly. She is simply the best in Fortuna. Insurance is a hard game and obviously not everyone comes out happy every time, but they do their absolute best to make sure you are well supported and have an understanding of what’s going on behind the scenes. Would recommend Heidi’s group to anyone in search of insurance.

I have never had such poor quality service from an insurance rep. If you can manage to get ahold of them during their business hours (9-4, usually with a 2 hour lunch) they are typically unwilling or unable to help. They simply refer you to the 1-800 number on your insurance card. I don't know why anybody would use them, other than they know them from around town.
