Was told my monthly rate would be 92.99 a month via email by the main woman there. The 1st month I paid the 92.99. Now my 2nd and the rest of my payments are now $110 a month. Be careful they will tell you a lie and say your payments are X amount but after your 1st payment they go up on you 10-20%. Don't like to be lied to so after looking around I can get it at a well known insurance company for less than $100 a month...every month not just your 1st month. Be careful there they couldn't even tell me why my rate went up $17 a month after my 1st payment. Glad I finally found a real insurance company!

I went through Goggans for many years, and I changed to Allstate. They just couldn't get me a rate I could afford. Allstate gives perks, vanishing deductable, and cash back for good driving.
