Monique Ambers is absolutely amazing! I’ve been working with her for almost 4 years and she has single-handedly kept me a State Farm customer. I previously was team AAA, but after being assigned to her, I just don’t think I can have it any other way! She is always responsive and super proactive. I only ever need to share with her the issue or question I have and she always replies with a solution. She’s also very personable and friendly and I almost mainly communicate with her via text. You can tell she is just a genuine soul and that helping people truly matters to her.

I switched over to Monique from another agent through State farm. She has gone above and beyond, as her staff has as well. I think I've probably put them through a lot of annoying situations and they are always patient and there. I've even had situations that weren't necessarily my fault, But they were right on top of getting everything fixed for me and making it easy, especially when dealing with all this can be stressful. Yes, insurance is not the cheapest right now but at least you know you're in good hands with State farm and that they cover way more than most other insurance companies do, so what you're paying for is worth it. But when you deal with Monique and her staff, You will be taking care of above and beyond.
