I’m not sure what happened to cause the bad reviews. I normally do not leave reviews. But, I have never had anything but professional, protective, smart service. Katherine knows her stuff and I have been using her since Liberty Tax Service. I completely trust in her knowledge. I would give her a chance and see for yourself.

I AM CURRENTLY HELPING FRIENDS WHO OWNED A BUSINESS SORT OUT MESS WITH THEIR 2016 TAXES BECAUSE KATHERINE DID NOT FILE CORRECTLY FOR THEIR BUSINESS PROPERLY SHE FAILED TO REPORT INCOME FOR THE SQUARE AND WILL NOT RESPONDED TO EMAILS OR PHONES AND SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE . IN 2015 I HAD ALSO USED HER TO FILE SOME OF MY OWN TAXES BECAUSE THEY GAVE HER A GOOD RECOMMENDATION ON WEDNESDAY I CONTACTED THE IRS AND THEY TOLD ME MY TAXES FOR 2015 WERE ALSO NEVER FILED SO I AM OUT THE 250 I PAID HER AND WHO KNOWS WHAT KIND OF PENALTIES BEWARE NO ONE WANTS TAX PROBLEMS , LOOK UNDER YELP LIBERTY TAXES SAME BUSINESS.

Incompetent. Been trying to get back hundreds of dollars from the state that was taken because these people didn’t do their job. They lie that they’re trying to get it, then don’t return calls for two years. Wish I could give zero stars.
