Wanted to take a moment to give a well deserved 5 ? rating for my new go to insurance broker James. Never have I had such a great interaction while picking out new car insurance. Real deal this guy was on point with speedy responses and was more than happy to cover any of my questions and concerns. Working with the dealer he did everything in his power to get my coverage started so I could have my new ride as fast as possible. Got a great rate for me for full coverage! Quick and thorough responses to my initial email and subsequent phone inquiries gave me a good first impression. I decided to purchase auto-insurance, but did so at the last minute and needed the coverage to begin the same day. When I asked if it could be done, I received an affirmative response. Within less than 2 hours, all documents from my chosen insurance company were forwarded for my signature, a temporary liability slip was issued and I was off to the races (literally).
