This is specifically to Benjamin Neikrug of BYN Properties: Poor management. Terrible service and communications. No organization skills, and bad presentation in letting a handy man handle meetings and showings with no information to give about the spaces. Calling us every 2 days if we want the space, have us come in a couple times, negotiate terms and rent in order for us to sign a lease, then suddenly not answering calls and avoiding us when our current lease is about to end. A text message from the handy man who knows nothing about the space, does not suffice as professional. This is impolite, unprofessional and at most cowardly sad behavior. Luckily we knew not to trust him, and to sign with another property company to get a large space for the same rent, we do not have to renovate at all.

Our advice is to find a different property manager or to go for another company to represent your property.
