Consistently helpful over the years, no extreme negative feedback… It’s as simple as taking a number and receiving reasonably first come first serve basis service with a county based agency whose goal is to serve everyone fairly and efficiently.

They don't answer the phone... they screwed up my health insurance for months. For some reason nobody was looking at my online submissions... finally went in, which I was never told to do anywhere during online enrollment attempts. Just wanted back on covered california. They said nobody was reviewing my submissions because I never came in and talked to a worker...I was never told to! After hrs of waiting she said I was all good, even printed out proof I was no longer stuck in this medi-cal glitch. Got home and looked on covered ca...STILL WAITING FOR MEDI-CAL! Can't access covered ca because this location has completely screwed up my online account. Under staffed with lack of care to actually help.

U must be on drugs or homeless to get benefits
The worker arely was so rude. The supervisor Cecilia was also terrible.
Worker number ag38 is rude, racist and was drunk. 6 hours, 4 trips , a new ebt card and no benefits. It was a "system error" again. Worst of Santa cruz. Worst service. California government at its finest

The case worker told me to quit my job. Literally told me to quit my job in order to get health insurance. Then denied the statement I made that it was ridiculous to do so.
Completely unhelpful. No suggestions on where to go from denying health insurance.
