I’ve had this insurance for 3 years. They are great at taking my payments. I had a hospital stay off nearly $3000 after medical insurance. This is exactly what CHUBB is supposed to cover. Never chose not to communicate with me. I always have to call them even though I’m supposed to have a personal case worker. My operation was in February I made my claim shortly after. I finally got a check the 18th of September for the amount of $103.00.
Absolutely worthless insurance and company.
Avoid them at all cost.
I had never heard of them before. Now I wish I never had.
They should be canceled.

I bought Chubb insurance for a trip to Mexico. I incurred four bills while there--3 covid tests and one dental x ray for a broken crown. Chubb Mexico kept asking for more and more information, and when they finally asked for something I didn't have, then they denied everything. When I call Chubb America they take no responsibility for Chubb Mexico what so ever, as if there is no connection even though it's called Chubb. They claim they can't even give me a number in America to call about the situation. All they say is you have to contact chubb mexico, knowing that is going to to go nowhere. I highly recommend NOT buying any Chubb insurance, particularly any chubb travel or medical insurance.==just a waste of money.

No phone number no email just told they were raising my rates without a reason documented
WILL NOT RENEW the policy
2 1/2 hours of run around
Suddenly a supervisor showed up when I said I was contacting the insurance commissioner

Called to get a homeowners quote. The operator would not transfer me to an agent she recommended that I go online to fill out the information then I would be matched with an agent. Definitely not one from that company. Keep sending business away so you don’t have to do your job.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The only thing this company is good at is taking money from the working public and pocketing it for themselves. I have never witnessed poorer customer service from an agency that is meant to provide coverage, especially in a situation that was the fault of their driver. I don't know how their employees can stand to work there. After my experience with them, I am so glad I do business with a more respectful and upstanding company, USAA. Do not give these scam artists your hard earned money.

Be careful. Stay far away from this insurance company. I've been unfortunate that the guy who hit me got this insurance company. I'm going through hell right now with them. they're totaled my car, took it and i have't received the payments for months. I've been waiting to get my car's money so i can buy a new car, they cut off the rental and now im paying the rental from my own pocket; waiting for them to transfer the money. i'm going through alot of rude phone calls and alot of hassle. ever since the accident happened, i've been calling the adjuster at least 20 times a day and im not getting an answer. if you ever got an accident and you have this company to insure you; prepare to take a two months off, because you are going to literary spend all your working days chasing them.
