I live in Washington state and just purchased earthquake insurance thru Calico. They answered all my questions quickly and were familiar with policies available from other providers. Thru the online process I was able to change the original quote (e.g. Deductibles) and pay right then without having to go back to Calico everytime I wanted to adjust the policy.
