Jennifer one of the teller racially profiled me. I did not appreciate the service that was given to me. If the check is in the bank name they should be able to cash it without going through harassment. Did not appreciate it at all. Will never come back to the Natomas branch!

Came in for a fairly simple issue needing resolution - handled it in the branch. Got a follow-up call a couple hours later from the rep who helped me making sure issue was resolved.
