Anthony came out and solved all of our problems we've been having for over a year. He took his time and addressed each issue we had. All of the problems we were having wasn't due to the alarm system, it was our building that was the problem. Anthony is the only technician who has came out and solved all the issues. Friendly and very competent installer. System is working wonderfully after being in contract with another alarm company that wasn't local and practically zero customer service for a system that didn't communicate with their cell provider. Plus I saved $17 a month for monitoring. Very happy.
