Farmers insurance has always been awesome. Love them. But, sadly agents do get old and retire and that's what happened to mine. But discovered one of my best friends also had a farmers insurance agent. So I had her introduce me to him. Been with him ever since. Charles adopted us into his Farmers family many years ago after our long term Insurance Co. dropped us for filing a claim. Their office staff is warm and friendly and treat us like family. They are great about checking in to see how they can best accommodate our ever changing needs and securing the best bang for the buck. Charles even personally checked in to see how we faired the Carr fire after having lost his own home. Who does that? Great people great service!!!!

I filed a claim for hail damage to my roof. I filed an estimate from my roofer and solar company (who had to remove and replace solar panel). An agent came out, Sheila Miller, and spent an hour on the roof. She did a very thorough job. We had our money in the bank from Farmers like in two days. It seemed to be very fair. We are more than happy with Farmers handling of our claim. And our new roof looks beautiful
