Always had a great experience with Rudy Ortiz Allstate Insurance. very knowledgeable and gives you the best direct answers to any of my questions. I would recommend his office to whomever has insurance needs. Unfortunately, with what is going on in the state of California these days, price increases are out of the Agent's control. That includes all Insurance companies. For that reason, it is good to have Rudy Ortiz on your side.

Rudy, in response to you telling me that I’ve had several policies out within the last 2 years (With the most recent ones being in the last few months of 2023) that defaulted after 30 days, I told you I haven’t had a policy with Allstate Igor at least 2/3 years. I said that the info you were telling me is incorrect. Obviously, the info you gave me is concerning because what you told me suggests that there must be a mistake with your records and someone had policies out with my info. After I asked for a little more info so that I can investigate; you just kept dismissing me.

Without your help, I found a confirmation email sent to MY PERSONAL EMAIL that my ex boyfriends family had a policy out. This email notification came to my email address which further supports or suggests that my info is linked or associated for policies that I was not part of.

Again, rude and dismissive. I called Allstate and they are investigating my history.

Very rude he dont have patience with my questions I really want another agent.

@Rudy Ortiz is the most worst agent i had dealt with him he disrespected person he is not understandable and PROVOCATIVE .
I talk to on 03/21/2024 about Dissatisfaction with Recent Premium Increase and Request for Policy Cancellation . He asks me if i want my policy to be terminated at 03/21 i said no i want it terminated at 03/30 a day After i requested to be terminated at 05/03 He did not even had a chance to explain why this happened he just had been really weird and last phrase he said is “I recommend you to find a new insurance company “ for that i do not like Allstate company and as he said i recommend you ladies and gentlemen to find a new insurance company .
(I was paying $157 after 6 month went up to $167 after 12month up to $332 ? no reason)
