I was scheduled for 2 o’clock appointment Friday the 19th when I get there they told me their system was down. Nobody tried to call me to reschedule. I drove out there for nothing then I came in Monday. It took two hours to get finished there for maybe 20 minutes in and out process. That is just extremely too long
