I am happy to share my experience with Laurie Lackland. She patiently answered all my questions—sometimes twice but always patient and always with a smile. She came to my home and I felt like an old friend was seated across from me. I felt comfortable confessing when I didn’t understand or “get something”. Laurie explained my new plan which saved me quite a bit compared to my previous medical provider. I was also able to save quite a bit on my medications! Laurie is the best! She made the plan choices very straightforward and easy to navigate. She came to our home which was so convenient and worked with my husband and I to find the best plan for each of us.
