I recently used Gromatici Land Surveying for a project in the Solvang and was very impressed by their work. The project was a bit complex and Eric Ackerman worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed and how best to deliver it. Eric and his team were incredibly responsive through out the process. The end result was exactly what was promised, on time, and on budget. I have worked in commercial real estate development for 17 years so I have a great many points of comparison for surveyors. I had interviewed number of surveyors in Santa Barbara area. I decided to use Gromatici Land Surveying services and I am glad I did. I found Eric's proposal a complete package. Very detailed and clear of the services he was providing, information about each service, and providing number of customers for reference.
