Cody from Gallagher's did a great job.

Cody arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and informative.

Cody thoroughly inspected my 26 year old ( ! ) furnace and showed me areas that were still functional but degraded. He even helped me clean the coils, which was outside the scope of this service call.

In addition, Cody located a leak in my propane intake line, for which I am extremely grateful. This was also outside the scope of the original service call. I have already notified my propane supplier, who immediately dispatched a Technician to remedy the situation.

I was only charged the quoted price for the original service call, which was very fair. Furthermore, Cody was not pushy when he informed me of replacement options for my ancient furnace.

Cody is a very good representative of Gallagher's. If I decide to replace my very old furnace, I will definitely strongly consider Cody and Gallagher's to do the job.

This is a follow up on the three-year of not caring whether somebody stay cool or not. I finally got to talk to a lady didn’t catch your name and she told me that there is gonna be a somebody coming out to fix the vents when they came out, I was expecting them to fix the vent so I took off work and stayed there just so I can talk to him and find out what’s going on And to my surprise, they were not gonna do anything with Vence and they just sent another technician out to tell me that I don’t know why they got my hopes up and finally was gonna get my AC fixed after three years but I guess it wasn’t meant to be Not over yet. She was surprised that they didn’t fix it when they were there so she set up a meeting with the managers and the managers are going to get back with me supposedly and let me know what’s going on. I will give you an update on what’s happening this is a this is a follow up on the three year ordeal with my AC unit and heating with Gallagher heating and air. I contacted the secretary at their office and she assured me she would find out what’s going on as I said last time in my last review she did that, and she got me in touch with the general manager Anthony and he and his technician Trevor got together and came up with a solution and they put it to work and to find out what’s going on they finally come to an understanding that a test that was said was conducted by a contract and outside contractor falsified his records and he no longer works for the company that did it so Gallagher heating air came out replaced all patched all the holes did a smoke test that was supposed to been done last time but wasn’t and fixed everything up nice and neat. I’m running my AC to see how it works. It seems like it’s cooling my house down I’m happy at the moment and I appreciate , the general manager for stepping up and taking responsibility for their con subcontractor that faults document which was awesome of them and I really appreciate them and I give them a shout out Trevor thank you man. I appreciate your understanding and your help with everything and Anthony is manager you should be going places Mat thank you for your input and thank you for your advice. I really greatly appreciate you. Have yourself a great day thank you and I’m gonna suck my three year old down and I finally got it done thank you guys appreciate it. It wasn’t your fault. It was your subcontractors. I blame them so thank you again for fixing my AC unit. Y’all have a great day. Thank you very much .

Gallaghers's is BY FAR the best HVAC company I've dealt with... their installer, Colt, was super duper nice, professional, and explained the entire process, making me feel comfortable the whole way through. he really is the stand up guy! 10/10 would recommend to my mom!

Lucas Anderson, HVAC/Plumbing technician just left our home after an extremely thorough tune up of our entire AC system, including our water heater. WoW! This guy rocks! We cannot express enough how grateful we are to Lucas for his obvious integrity, honesty, knowledge and amazingly clear explanation of our entire AC system. It's quite remarkable how much this guy knows! He's also very personable. He sends an email with pictures of everything, including issues to be aware of now and in the future. AC systems are complicated and expensive. We consider ourselves fortunate to have his specific expertise available to us here in Butte County. Thank you, Lucas!

Wasn't able to be home for a quote due to work, but my husband was and the scheduler said that was fine. They still wouldn't give him a quote unless I was present too, and I still had to take time out of my work day to call and be a part of the "meeting". Good luck getting a simple quote from these guys, they make it difficult.

Beware of joining their Shamrock Club! My last two AC maintenance appointments have been canceled last minute and I have now been pushed out to September. I joined the club to cover the costs of my twice a year maintenance. So far that is not paying off due to them canceling back to back. According to them, if you do not have proof of maintenance, your manufacturer warranty may be voided. Very disappointed in their customer service.
