Son mediocres, inútiles, nunca responden el teléfono ni los mensajes, te ignoran por completo. Literalmente cancelé mi póliza porque era imposible comunicarse con ellos. No me responden y necesito mi planilla para la declaración de taxes. El peor servicio, mejor es uno mismo buscar el seguro por su cuenta porque su servicio es completamente inexistente.

Ellos son unos sin vergüenzas , no volvieron a responder el Telefono , no renovaron mi cobertura y oh sorpresa que me debitaron -$1440 Dol del seguro este año . Irresponsables.

Es mi segunda renovación con esta compañía, el periodo pasado hice uso de mi seguro medico en el hospital y ellos por más de tres meses en todo momento estuvieron pendiente asesorándome y guiándome en todo el proceso, lo acordado en la póliza en un principio fue exactamente lo que recibí, no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento por haber estado en esos momentos difíciles, les deseo el mayor de los éxitos, son y seguirán siendo mis asesores de seguro.
