I have been a State Farm customer for the past 15 years in both Chicago and here localling in Los Altos. Two very different experiences. Jim was the first State Farm representative that explained all the different policies and products that State Farm has to offer. He spent quite a bit of time with me figuring out which policies were best suited for me and my family. In addition to product knowledge Jim is also very plugged in to the local businesses. One of our cars needed some work and he gave me several referrals that provided outstanding work. I would highly recommend working with Jim and his State Farm team they are simply the best in the area!!

State Farm has always been there to make the process of adding insurance to new vehicles easy. I recently called to get a quote for my motorcycle and the price was cheaper than I expected! I always feel like a valued customer. I have worked with other State Farm offices and they never took the time to explain like Noelia did. She even helped fix an error with my policy and got me a refund on an issue I had with my old agent. Even though they are busy she takes her time to make sure my questions are answered.
