To my shock and surprise, I found out yesterday that my home insurance company is no longer covering homeowners in California.

Darnell with Fast Forward was highly recommended to me by the broker who handled our refinance over three years ago. She said Darnell is excellent and will get you insured asap.

Well, she did not steer me wrong. After speaking with Darnell in the early afternoon, he got back with me by 3:30 same day with the quotes for coverage I needed to cover our home. It was determined our home is near a hilly area which puts us in a danger zone for fire. We needed an additional policy because of this fact.

Darnell advised us of the requirements and had us set up with everything we needed same day. As an added bonus, our rate only went up by less than $250.00 dollars for similar coverage .

Given all the problems with fires in California, I was dreading the new quote. My family members insurance was renewed, but went up over $2200.00 a year for the same policy.

Darnell exceeded my expectations.

Darnell was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and up to date on all the new requirements for California. I can’t thank him enough for his expertise, professionalism and promptness. Thanks to Darnell, we are fully insured within a day of finding out we were no longer covered.
