So far, so good. I got a good price on my insurance though I had to call about 3 days before getting through to someone. My agent was friendly and all the staff was polite upon entering. The atmosphere is good and I got through my forms well. They have a payment plan for the insurance if you're interested in that. I'll update my review when I finish the process.

Update: I reduced the stars by 1 because I've been driving on an expired cover note and I had forgotten without a single reminder. Now, I've called 3 times and been promised a call back twice, then had to reach out again. This isn't going so well.

Update: You only have a good experience if you go in person. Getting someone on the phone is a nightmare, getting a call back is next to impossible and getting things done out of office is terrible. They don't respond to emails. I was without a cover note (when I should have received my certificate already, but was asked for an additional document and to pay an additional amount on my premium at the last minute). I've really had an unpleasant time since my first visit and I doubt I'll be with them in the coming year.

Update again: They keep changing my agent and it's still impossible to get a call back or a response to an email. This company is somewhere I would not recommend and I will not be with them in the coming year.

I have a life insurance with them, but I have never gotten a pen, cup,diary etc and I was barely regarded until I went in to cancel my policy. A process that takes over 10 working days. The telephone operator is always most pleasant.

If I could give a zero star, I would!!! No customer service and one of the worst experiences of my life... and I was there to support a relative who was involved in an accident a month ago. These ppl did no follow-up, provided no valuable info, and after 1 months it seems as though nothing has been done as yet!!! Wth is their purpose if they cannot even provide accurate or adequate info from the get-go? They wouldn't even answer their phones... we had to be begging to get the required info to make an informed decision! If ever you need to get insurance...NEVER, EVER USE ORION INSURANCE BROKERS!!!!

I rate this place Zero. I did a transaction with this place and I was told that the transaction would have been completed by 1:00 p.m. Friday, however it wasn't, so I made a call to the office and was told that by the customer service rep that he would call me back with the info and all now I cant get that call and to make matters worse they have not yet completed the transaction in the prescribe time that I was told. This is utter slackness and poor customer relation and you guys need to stop. When you treating with people if you give a deadline meet it.

They are the worst insurance brokers I have ever known. Thief, disrespectful and lie. When your police not up the sending you messages and calling you about your policy expiring. Them cancelled your policy and renew it without your knowledge and when them to pay you back you money after other vehicle mash up your vehicle them want you to claim in your own policy and on to of that when you spoke to them about it, they're are asking you why you think you comprehensive insurance for. when them to pay you back you money after other vehicle mash up your vehicle them want you to claim in your own policy first and then they get investigators to find proof. All when you say yaa claim off the other person them never yet hear that smh.

This is the worst company ever, customer service is poor. I will be cancelling my policy soon.
