HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This company does not care AT ALL about its clients, only looking out for itself and the highest insurance rates possible. Representative Farzana Ally has been of no help whatsoever; rarely answering calls, and even more rarely returning calls. It is really a shame what has become of this company, and how management does not care how customers are treated.
