I wanted to share my experience. This real estate office is unlike any other business, I purchased 2 homes in the last 15 years and got excellent and honest feedback, and the entire process was completely transparent. Both Pankaj and Dulce go above and beyond to help their customers. I was worried and nervous for a first-time home buyer, but their concern for me was genuine and the entire process was seamless. I purchased an investment property as well, and this company got the property ready for a rental I have been with them now for over 10 years. I do not have any worries; they take care of the maintenance; do a thorough background check and I have not heard any complaints from the tenants.
