Please DO NOT do business with this unscrupulous individual that runs this company. He is keeping portions of my escrow money (that dates back several years) which the State of CA says he owes me but he has ignored my phone calls and my emails. Avoid him and his company at all costs.

I'm not a paid representative of the company and just recently closed. I have to say that I simply didn't have the same experience described by some of the negative comments on this posting. Perhaps I was lucky in my Mortgage Advisor, but my experience was great. This was my first refi. Brad Cejka made our options very clear while also making sure we knew what the process was... from application to wire of the equity. All of this in the face of us being customers that had frequent changes and avenues that we contemplated. Brad continued to give us options, figures, and quick decisions...so that we knew what was possible. We greatly appreciate(d) that patience and guidance. I will also credit the support staff, Veronica Hall for follow up on questions, forms, and filling in any gaps. In a virtual business environment, they may be hundreds of miles away or next door...but from this customer's perspective, they functioned seamlessly and as a team. Well done, and we thank you!

Joseph Medina was my refinance sales associate and did a fine job with responsiveness and thoroughness of the process. It was simple with homemade basic financial information needed and could all be done electronically until time to sign documents for finalizing the loan. They sent a notary to my home to complete the signing and he was outstanding. I was pleased with the interest rate offered and even got a bit of money back at the end of the process. I was able to remove the FHA loan Insurance portion of my previous first loan and my payments were reduced significantly . Hi would recommend Joseph and Lenox Financial for refinancing your lawn.

If there was a zero rating, I would give it. Avoid them even if it's a last resort.

I have been in the process of obtaining a loan with this company for 5 months, 1 week. I have a credit rating of 795-805 (varies, depending on inquiries, etc.), and am a retired CPA.

Towards the end, I said to get it done or I would terminate the relationship. So the process went on for one more day. I even confirmed a list of items that we negotiated with my loan advisor to make sure we were only waiting for a closing statement. I guess they wanted to say they terminated me first, so, it happened on January 21, 2021. Good riddance.

I immediately hooked up with Rocket Mortgage, submitted all the information they requested, and got loan approval in one day. We are expected to close in less than 30 days.

I will not name who my main contact was because I cannot say anything even remotely positive about she or he.

On the only positive note, Eunice Hampton got involved when Polly Senehuk somehow either quit or was terminated right around New Years Day. Both persons were very diligent at trying to get the loan process completed.

In summary, it was one of the worst business experiences in my life.

Worse experience ever!! I was in their “fast track program” seven (7) months into it after they finally order the appraisal…which I paid for….they tell me they still had no idea when it would be completed. After speaking with the owner Wesley Hoagland I was promised a refund for the appraisal $525.00. This promise was also made be my original loan officer David Birkett who ultimately left the company. They admitted they took on to much work and couldn’t keep up. I never got the refund. Very dishonest …do not keep their promises ….during the loan process and even with the verbal promises made by the owner himself!!!! Stay clear….by the way other companies have better rates!!!!!! I know Karma will catch up with them!!!!

Worst experience ever. Two months into a refi, the loan officer, Pete Hurley, stops returning calls just as we think we are about to close after telling us for weeks what a great loan this is, and then he makes an unauthorized charge for *$850* which we are in the process of recovering from the credit card company. I can only assume that because rates have been going up the last two months that they decided it was better to drop us than honor their locked-in quote. Stay far away from this mortgage company.

TL, DR version. STAY AWAY! Terrible communication! Poor customer service! Lost paperwork!!! Yikes!!!! Very bad! Would not recommend!

Let me get straight to the point. This company is the bottom tier for any mortgage loan company. Their customer service is horrendous and incompetence is unbelievable. I started my Refinance in April and closed in November. It took 7 months for a simple Refi which should have only taken weeks. When I first contacted them they were very responsive but after electronically signing the documents they went MIA. (Another review pointed this out too!)

Here's where things get bad. I had to send the same documents multiple times because they lost or misplaced them! Where did my documents go? I have no idea and neither do they! That is worrisome. They also had to run my credit multiple times because it took so long. It wrecked my score by over 40 points. Who does this

They like to blame the problems on each other and no one would step up to the plate to take responsibility to just get it done. They said they would make things right, but that never happened. I had to stay on top of them to make sure things got done. They make BIG promises but never follow through.

All in all, be sure to READ what you are saying. Their "little" mistakes can screw things up.

Lenox financial is the worst lender I’ve ever dealt with. I just closed on a cash refinance and the customer service supervisor Laura Trejo sent the wrong payoff letter that had the incorrect amount on it. The letter was sent on 8/8 and the other letter with the correct amount was sent on the day of closing 8/31.So my new lender paid the amount that was sent over previous and because that’s not the correct amount I am now having to eat $20,000 out of my cash. Now I am short on having the funds to complete all my house projects. There has be no accountability for her incompetence at all!!! Very unorganized and incompetent.
