After she was unable to persuade State Farm to insure our small inn in mendocino vlillage, she found another agent for us who did a great job. We appreciated that a lot and subsequently gave her other places to quote. She has done a fantastic job improving the coverage and Laurie and the premium. We run a family office and so have lots of property we are responsible for managing. Carol is now our “go to” for insurance and we highly recommend her.

Carol is the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my money. She truly cares about her clients and makes sure to give options that are relevant and does not suggest things that are not. She is the most thoughtful financial advisor and insurance agent I have ever met. She is warm and friendly and does not make me feel judged or like a number as I have with other agents. Carol freaking ROCKS!!!!! She was really able to help me in my time of need, especially with the fires going on everywhere. I was able to get a package deal with my vehicles and my home, and I absolutely love the price. She doesn't try to sell you on anything, she just informs you on ehat sort of things you can do to save money. Honestly a great experience. 10/10!
