I put up one star just so I could share my numberexperience. These people call me from an automated calling system every single day several times a day. I have asked them to stop calling ,I have even used the dial promoters to take me out of they're system. They keep calling about my car warranty how they have been trying g to get a hold of me and how important it is,blah-blah blah. So today I stayed on the line and asked the young lady who picked up to please do not hang up I am not going to yell or get nasty,I just would like to know how how to ......this is where she interrupted my saying what number r u trying to call? I just hit the call button from the number that called me the recording said I got a non working number to dial 5 for assistance and I got her. Don't know her name but I told her the number that called and before I could say I know it's from an automated dialer u guys call me all the time. She said well I don't know that number we r Brokerage Professionals, I said yes I know....still before I could finish asking her my question she interrupts me again. ...mind u I have not yelled or go said on E nasty 5hink to this you g lady and when u listen to the recording of said call I imagine her boss might want to ask her why A) She would not let me ask my question
B) Why did she she told me to F off when I asked her how can u even hear my question if u refuse to shut up and let me ask my question?
C) How come she continued hanging up on me 34 times when I tried to call back to ask to talk to a supervisor or someone less hostile that actually know how to communicate and has no one problem listening to someone who is trying g to get the information I needed. She was rude ,she used profanity directly at me with no cause or justification to do so and then proceeded to act like a child. I am going to b 51 yrs old. I don't have time for her games and now my question is irrelvent.....what r u going to do about her. I have your address and I am prepared to come speak to someone in person.....Is that what needs to b done.....if she worked for me I would fire her not because she told me to F off but because she could not listen to a potential ; isn't anyone who calls, customers rational question. She in fact will have me telling everyone I know not to give u the time of day....from one business owner to the other, Have a nice day receptionist /phone girl....stupid,spoiled child is all u got across and I preference to deal with legitimate businesses run by adults. Food for thought
