Wonderful nice polite people .. easy to work with .. came out the same day I call to make appointment.. week later they came out took care of business.. left no mess behind and even took time to explain the chemicals that they used and if the smell came in the house not to stay there . I would highly recommend them .

Theresa Smith is amazing to work with. She is the consummate professional and will go above and beyond to assist you during a really difficult time as you deal with a property damage/loss claim. We engaged ProClean to assist make sense of the claim that has been started off very badly by a contract field adjuster hired by our insurance carrier. While I hope you never require their services because that means you are have had a claim, I recommend them without hesitation!

I can not brag enough about the service we received from Zack Lancaster at proclean services! We recently had a pipe bust and water damage. Long story short allstate(not impressed at all with them) denied our claim sending me into a total panic. I called proclean based on 5 star Google reviews. They acted quickly so the damage was minimal. Zack eased my anxiety and explained everything step by step and negotiated with my insurance company. After Zack talked to the adjuster and sent his findings, allstate approved my claim. He and his team were honest reliable and do exactly what they say. Zack kept me updated with text and emails he exchanged with the insurance adjuster. It took so much stress off of me. I can't say enough great things about proclean. I don't wish this disaster on anyone but if it happens..hands down proclean is who to call. To add to this ...their prices are very fair and we would have used them even if insurance hadn't come through

This company has been the most professional company I have ever dealt with. They have been in constant contact with me during my experience with him. I had a fridge leaking at the icemaker stop. It was installed by a big box store and they didn’t catch that it was dripping. It turned out the threads for the stop were chipped. So for 5 weeks it dripped into the wall and into the bottom of the house. I shop vacced 50 gallons of water. My floor and subfloor were completely soaked. Pro Clean came out and within the day started the drying practice. What I enjoy is that they don’t try to do most expensive stuff first but try and see if they can get the goal to dry reached with least expensive route first. My sister also thought she had a water issue and they arrived and checked it all out and let her know she was fine. I was thankful they just don’t go out and start charging without a sound diagnosis. Now you know they are skilled and trustworthy. I’ve always wondered if restoration companies are just out to charge anyone who calls no matter what. With Pro Clean, that is not the case. I’m very thankful for how they have treated me and wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

After having a water heater explode, we had to have remediation and repair done. ProClean helped us every step of the way. They were very easy to work with and helped navigate the headaches of dealing with insurance, etc. They were professional and very nice every step of the way. Could not recommend them more highly

Used this company on an insurance claim for water damage. Reviews were good but that absolutely was not my experience. Started off to a good start but in the end a horrible experience. I would never use this company again.

The team at Pro Clean recently handled restoring my home from a kitchen fire. Theresa Smith (the representative assigned to my case) eased my stress immediately as this occurred during the holidays when stress levels are already at a peak! She took control and made a bad situation tolerable! As with all of us as homeowners, we want to protect our most precious investment and our most loved and hard-earned possessions/belongings. This team handled everything with compassion and professionalism! Bravo for maintaining not just a stellar level of customer service, but executing the job seamlessly from start to finish!
