After my insurer issued me a letter of non-renewal for my homeowners insurance unexpectedly (without any history of claims), the agency I was with locally was at as loss as to why this occurred. It took them several weeks to follow up with me, only to inform me that they did not have a clear reason as to why this occurred but they were “hard pressed” to find any other companies to insure me at that point but “would follow up.”
At that point I decided to reach out to other insurance agents to reassess my policies and assist in finding home owners insurance. Immediately when speaking with Jason, he gave me a clear explanation as to why my non-renewal occurred despite my clear claims history, (a very large portion of home owners in Ca are experiencing the same non-renewal/insurability hardships). Jason worked efficiently and effectively to find me a new carrier. I have since transferred all of my insurance policies to him (home, auto and umbrella). I have referred family and friends as well and would highly recommend him for his professionalism, dependability, knowledge and great service.
