I had a bad experience with this company RIMKUS , Employee Wayne Deming. My home mortgage company used this company RIMKUS, I had a claim for heavy rain and wind damages caused to my home in August 2023, from Hurricane Hilary which California never experienced before, I had placement Insurance placed on my home due to no Insurance company wanted to Insure me due to my home being in a so called brush area. Rimkus sent out this Wayne Deming who showed up to my Multi-Million dollar home in a Guard gated community in the Porter Ranch area of the San Fernando Valley with a look of disgust because I happen to be much younger than him and not white decent so the hate kicked in .Wayne he stayed for 2 hours plus which was unheard of and took several pictures of the smallest damages with at least 5 pictures of the same area in different angle's and was a rude individual .I asked when will my Lien holder of my home receive your estimate .Wayne said he was 14 days out but really 2 months out that caused a huge delay for me and my family .I would avoid using this company and its employee Wayne Deming who I had a bad experience with which I believe it had to do with hate .
