If I could give anything less than one star, I would.. Very disappointed with the behavior of the employee and branch manager. Customer service with this credit union has gone down hill drastically.. Manager has no knowledge of transactions posting order, shows no empathy towards customer, attitude is absolutely rude and terrible. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

I don't think I have ever been to a bank with people that are as rude, disrespectful, and most of all unwelcoming. I was warned by a coworker not to bank at this bank because though women that work here are so rude so I chose another bank but today I need it to put in a check for a friend. They literally yelled at me said we're closed. I was like excuse me you don't have to yell at me!? I just need to put this in the night deposit Box. she said I can't hear you were closed you need to leave the driveway... whoever was working the driveway today at 4 o'clock you need to be fired. I can't believe it is a known thing that the people that work in this bank are as rude as they are and still have jobs. So to anyone who's looking for a bank do not choose this one. You have been warned just like I was.
