Either the place has gone out of business, or it just isn't responding to subscriber queries. My subscription automatically renewed for $500 in August 2022. Since then, I have received nothing, which is unusual at best given that I was looking for people wanting to join, sell, or merge in the Mpls-St. Paul area. Not a single result in 5 months? And now I'm on their chat, which has a Bot, and it's non-responsive.

Horrible ethics. They make a marketing call, piece together bare bones info about your firm, then put up a profile as if its your ad and mass email to their unfortunate buyer base of subscribers, all so that they look like they've got listings. Its a scam to entice buyers to pay their annual fee. Best to use ANY service but theirs!!

Don't waste your money. Using fake listings and those that are legit have been completed, but not removed by Succession Link. Don't even try to contact them. New prospects beware and don't signup.

Best customer service.
I had signed up last year around this time. They renewed my subscription automatically, I found out when I got my credit card statement.

I reached out to them via chat on their website and without any question they refunded the full amount.

I will subscribe to Succession Link if I am in need of their service without hesitation.

Beware- This site is fraudulent. They charged my new credit card for $49.99. I never authorized this charge and there are no member services this inexpensive. When I was a member years ago I never had this credit card. I called today (a Sunday) and an “answering service” answered the call. No legitimate financial services business has an answering service of any kind. According to this website they list themselves as a Financial Consultant in San Diego.

Incredible team and service. For the price the opportunity to make an acquisition is unrivaled. Those who expect a successful acquisition 5 minutes after signing up should not be looking to make an acquisition in the first place. It's a long game and takes time and there is no other market as robust as SL to accomplish this form of growth or succession.

I have had the same lousy experience canceling my account. I've called seven times leaving messages with an answering service. I want my annual renewal refunded and the account shut down. I'm going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau of San Diego and the State of California Attorney Generals office.
