Since joining State Farm, many years ago, every agent I have worked with has been great. This particular time, I coordinated with agent Kylen Anthony, to obtain earthquake insurance. Kylen provided multiple options, kept the process simple and seamless, communicating with me every step of the way. Maintaining insurance, no matter what type, is not at the top of anyone’s list. However, the wonderful agents at the Donna Butler State Farm office, has kept insurance transitions to a minimum. I am grateful for the excellent services they have provided over the years. It’s hard to remember back to when Donna wasn’t our insurance agent. She has serviced us so well right from the start and we have many different policies with her.
