A realtor here is absolute poison! Stay away! I should have known when she went out of her way to cut down a property I wanted and discouraged me from seeing it. She cut it down before, during and after the view potentially ruining it for my daughter and me. I didn’t let her go then, partly because I worried about it being a small town, and so she went on to intervene with a property we really liked and did everything she could to discourage me from bidding on it, cutting me down and telling me I couldn’t manage the acreage or forest without a man. She repeatedly sent me her other listings instead of helping me on this one. She did not follow through with insurance for weeks! She said she showed it to a 250lb man and was glad I didn’t bid on it, kept saying it wasn’t for me. I finally let her go but lost the property. Anyone who brags that they want they best for you and then they do their best to ruin your happiness or dump on your dreams shouldn’t be in the profession!! An absolute nightmare!!
