Vince knows what he is doing in this really complicated CA market. I have been a customer for years as a renter and auto policy but now just buying a home he was able to find me quick coverage and worked with my lender to get everything in so seamlessly. He always looks out for those gaps in coverages that a lot of other insurance folks leave out to undercut prices. I am a customer for life!!

I feel fortunate to have found the insurance power couple, Vince and RaLinda Ginocchio, at Sadler & Co. Vince volunteered to take a look at my homeowners policy. He spotted a big gap in coverage that my previous broker had missed. I asked him to take over the account. Then he guided me through the various options (CEA is not your only choice!) for earthquake insurance and found me a policy that really suits my needs.

In the meantime, I asked RaLinda for help with my business insurance. My business service is really unusual, and therefore more challenging to find the right coverage for. RaLinda worked with the underwriters to adjust the exclusions to ensure that I am covered for my most likely risk.

They are both so pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and dependable.

Truly professional and very helpful. And really nice people. Saved me a lot of money after we were with Farmer's for 30 years and their rates were getting unaffordable. We now have better coverage with cheaper rates.

Left me with a feeling of being rude and uncaring. A colleague of mine even had a worse experience. Guess the owner doesn't really care if he gets your business or not. And apparently when he does, he's non responsive and unhelpful.
