When I had to call for a maintenance issue it was taken care of immediately. They also send reminders to change air filters and batteries in the smoke detectors and even ask if everything is working correctly. I appreciate you!!

Can't be thankful enough for American Dream. Their office staff is very kind and helpful and are very quick to get back to me with maintenance concerns. At one point I had my hot water heater changed out and the vendors they used were very respectful and kind as well, also got their job done in a timely matter.

I had several repairs that needed to be addressed and not only were they addressed the very next day, but all the repairs were completed so quickly. Thank you for always taking care of us!!!

My experience was ok in regards to getting my property rented out quickly, and rent always on time, and they seemed to keep up with repairs while my tenants were in the home, and any repairs that were an emergency I fixed ASAP. But, once the tenants left and I was going to move back into my house it seemed like they just didn't care. They lacked communication skills with repairs that needed to be done to the house. Repairs were done correctly, but the cleaning was just "ok" the stove and dishwasher still filthy and other parts of the home I had to clean myself that were untouched by the cleaners. The yard had trash all over still, over 21 days later. I'm not sure if they just didn't care cause I wasn't having another tenant move in or what but I think there could have been more organization and better communication skills. Maybe understaffed? Check their peoples work, instead of waiting for the owner to say bring it up?
