I was with a "big box" insurance company for a really long time, I got tired of being just a number, not getting calls back when I had questions and a host of other issues. About 2 years ago I went with Phil at Cornerstone based on my interactions with him in the community, through him I met Harry who is my personal insurance broker. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude over the amazing service and professionalism shown by Harry. No email goes unanswered, he calls me right back and explains things in a language I can understand. He actually calls me every year to review my coverage and make sure it still works for me, he doesn't say he will, he actually does it. If you are looking for an insurance company that maintains a friendly responsive relationship, and someplace where you aren't just a number I strongly recommend Cornerstone Insurance.

Harry was able to quote our daughter for car insurance. He made it simple for her to understand. She subsequently decided to sign up for the policy.
He explained it all very clearly to her. The best part being when she has questions, she feels confident going to Harry, knowing he will not waste her time. I’m certain the rest of his associates perform in a similar manner!

I have been working with Cornerstone Insurance for HOA needs since 2008. Deedy has always taken the time to educate me on insurance, claims and policies, even throughout her busy day, has always taken the time to assist me, making shopping for insurance easy peasy!!
